First, to be fair I have not read every post on here. Way too many. Does this expansion address any game functionality issues? Mostly with regard to trading... I find it nearly impossible to focus on building great cities because I'm constently having to balance the trade (which is my least favorite part of the game). I more interested in the traffic simulator and just building a nice city.

No, moddings tools, new buildings, few maps is everything this game offers. No tech/gameplay issues have been adressed.

I said that there were no tech fixes in CXL2012. Or (perhaps more accurately) none that made any difference to my game that was noticeable. (Much as I wish that wasn't the case)

The game was never brilliant for me.

And Oliver says that his experience is unchanged. So no better and no worse. ;)
