hope we could buy the expansion pack on Steam then.
btw, I'm not American can I still shop there? (never did so far), and if so could I purchase it using Paypal?

Yeah, I believe so - certainly you can in the UK, where I live. I guess USA would be equivalent as it is a big market.

I hope not, but only Focus can help with that one.

Steam has reliable servers all over the world, so whether you're from Texas, Tunguska, or Timbuktu, you should be able to use it.

I thought it was written somewhere that if you own 2011, you would not be paying full price on 2012, something similar to discount of last purchase of 2011.

I guess this is not true anymore?

If you own 2011, you DO get the 2012 expansion a a discount -- in the US, the 2012 expansion is $13.49 if you own 2011...

Sadly, as a diehard fan of city-builders, I won't be preordering this. If this so called expansion only adds approximately 300 more buildings, 15 maps and modding for $15, with nothing "new," this is a total ripoff. If all the glaring bugs are still present, then I'll just be in wait and see mode. Seems like CXL '11-'12 is worn out its use with FHI. Since Monte Cristo went bye bye before CXL '11 was released and FHI released it as it with nothing new; then there is no point. With CXL '12 a repeat of '11 and only very minor add ons....I'm done.

A full range of modding options isn't worth $15 to you? Well, suit yourself.

stuff this for a joke........still no multicore support...and still has the exact same tech requirements as 09'...... This suggests that you have done NOTHING in building this game. The only contribution made to this game, are extra MODELS.... Which shouldn't take 1 year to make considering majority of models in this game are flat faced with just a texture.

$35 for a 3 year old game engine, with no technical improvements, and merely a few extra models and maps? haah, now your just taking the piss out of your customers.

A very constructive post.

Anyway, what do you expect FHI to do? Pull all the technical solutions out of a magician's hat? They are a publsiher, and they don't have the developmental capabilites that other companies have. What they need to do is find a developer, preferrably before they release another game.
