If the game is as good as that trailer... :D

Although I did find myself pausing quite often, trying to see whether more than one lane of traffic moved at intersections. Couldn't quite tell.

Unfortunately, the cars do still seem to move only lane at a time just look from here:

over to here:

on the video. You will see what I mean. :(
Guess who's back??
Any game can be made better by allowing users to mod. Thanks to all modders for helping make CXL a better game.
Also I speak fluent English (of course) and Spanish, so if a translation is needed feel free to tell me.

Nice trailer shame about the game.

There are still many problems that need to be fixed before this game is anywhere near good enough. I see a lot of potential in it but they still have some way to go. CXL2009 was pushed out before it was properly ready and now they're giving us what we should have had from the beginning.

I would just like them to unlock my key.

That makes no sense.

Here you say:
Nice trailer shame about the game.

Which suggests it is rubbish.

Then you say:
There are still many problems that need to be fixed before this game is anywhere near good enough.

Which suggests it is rubbish.

Then you say:
now they're giving us what we should have had from the beginning

Which suggests it isn't rubbish

Then you say:
I would just like them to unlock my key.

Which suggests that you can't even play the game and therefore how on earth can you possibly comment?

Ripping off existing players through false promo!

Postby Mechalic » 14 October 2010, 08:26

I Purchased the game Cities XL 2011 under a promotion i recieved which said if i pre-order the game and provide my original Cities XL 2009 code i will recieve 50% off the price which makes it $19.99 USD.

I accepted this special promotion, only to find I had been ripped off, as on your site you are offering ANYONE 49% off the price of 19.99GBP to make it 10.99GPD. Which is only $17.62AUD. Instead I paid $20.54AUD.

As an existing member and player, it is highly unfair that you would charge the player fan base a promo offer of 3.00 AUD more than any new player.

I expect a refund to my credit card for the difference, I am sure this has caused massive outrage within the CITIES XL community whom have been fooled into this so call 'special players offer'.
