Video errors

Just purchased Cities 2012 XL and when I get to the actual game screen the screen is distorted with random lines, shapes, etc. It is unplayable like this. I have a Windows 7 PC, 6 GB memory, i5 CPU @2.67 gHz, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6550 graphics card. Can you help?

We need information about your hardware configuration:

1. Click Windows Start button or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Search bar (bottom left) or in Run window and press Enter key.

System tab: Windows version, processor model and the amount of RAM memory.
Display tab: name of the graphics controller and the driver date.
