I have the 2012 but don't see it here. So i shoot my question in this section. (i trust the moderators)
I love the sim but i'm no that good in building and i'm sometimes amazed what other create.
Is it possible to exacting complete saved cities?

Why install all mods, and which ones are all? Is there a list?
Is there a place where people offer their city? Does this have a name?

Sorry, wrote that in a rush.
I mean all the mods the city creator has installed.
That could be quite a lot of mods, potentially 50 to 100 mods.
So far, not much people has shared their saved game. People usually just make a city journal.

Maybe the builder of the game can do something? I would like to have other peoples cities.
Like i want the city of New York. No way that's possible for me to build.

So when people make replicas of real cities they teraform land?
Does a cities journal ex plane this. What is it for?
