The City Of Carnen ( Last Update: 26. February 2011 )

Alright, i've been thinking about it. I want to end the journal, for me it's been an interresting trip, a challenging trip, and it was fun.

The city of Carnen's glory days ended the 2. December 2010, when the Prime Minister of the state had retired. He was one of the best Prime Minister's of all time, and the citizens of Carnen were shocked when he decided to retire... But why did he retire? He was only 42 years old, not much for a Prime Minister... Suddenly the citizens realised that the city lost it's atmosphere, and they began moving away. A new city, a new life..... What happended to the Prime Minister no one knows..... Maybe he died, maybe the mafia of the city was too powerful...

Matthias Lund moved to France and lived happily there with his wife and four kids...

Vincent " Al " Pacino died in a car explosion, right outside the Parliament of Carnen...

Carnen's golden age was over, and people moved away to Germany, France and Italy... Only about half a million was still living in the city... And they continued to move away, also the business moved away.....

20 Years has passed... Matthias Lund moved back to the city, why? Because those where his greatest years of his life, he will never forget living in Carnen...

The citizens slowly started to move back, to the new Carnen...

The Mafia, has become stronger in those 20 years, stronger than ever...

Can Matthias Lund make Carnen a wonderful city again? Or will the Mafia stop him?

is the traffic any problem in the small roads in the medium density areas?

also what i think would be really cool is if you were to build some low density housing with lots of trees up in the hills like beverly hills in los angeles or the hills in Nice, France ... just an idea

and also how does your game not lag that much at all, on the video??? D: after 1million my city lags like a b!itch :/

Nope, actually believe it or not but as far as I remember traffic isn't such a big problem

Also, yeah the Beverly Hills idea thing, that's kinda what I tried with Corner Island, but sure I'll need to expand

yeah i see also what i would do myself (which would also require more work) is put ploppable trees in the hills with the buildings like palms and pines and then put the greenery plaza underneath the ploppable trees looks rly nice ive got an unfinnished hill with the same thing that looks pretty nice

gets tricky when you get to the steeper bits tho, the best way to put houses on the steep bits is to level out little areas that fit 3 houses in a row with the second smallest level terrain tool its the perfect width to fit a small road and a single small zone
