Yeah I can do that but anything more than 1000 or 2000 will create traffic jams even on expressways.

Ah ok. Then it's not the best solution, but if scattered around, could work.

Might sound somewhat cruel to fill a building full of passengers, but im planning to use these in my sandbox city, so they take airplane or ferry to neighboring city?

I am not sure I understand exactly what you meant by that.

If you are planning to export workers from one town to another - it is impossible to do that. Even if you have very high unemployment in one city and insufficient amounts of workers in the other cities the unemployed people will not travel between cities. You can only trade workers as tokens to assign them in blueprint construction.

I will add buildings to the mod that will provide workers (like a huge residence) which you can scatter around the city to avoid congestion. But you have to build those buildings in the city you need workers for.

If you want to increase the trade limit, you can use the "Transport Hub" building in the mod.

I see.. I thought they ship passengers in other situations as well. Well those worker buildings still comes handy, as well as individual downloads of the sandbox mod.

By "new update", do you mean the 1.5.0.725 patch released in February?

If yes, then the mod is working with the patch. I actually tested the mod after installing the patch.

I think you are confusing the "Sandbox" button in the game menu with what this mod does. The Sandbox button is not being added by this mod. Please check the description on the first page of this topic to see what my mod does.

The Sandbox button could be revealed by installing GlobexCo's Unlocker mod. The old version of the Unlocker mod (v 4) is not compatible with the patch. You need to update the mod to reveal the Sandbox button again.
