Dear Technical Support

Hello, my name is Caluu, I recently purchased a copy of Cities XL 2011 from a second hand store, i have installed my newly purchased game, but it tells me i need a serial code that should be located at the back of the user manual, my game did not come with a user manual, thus meaning i do not have a serial code to play my game, what do i do? I paid 35$ for the game, i would like to play it, it looks fantastic. Feeling a bit sad and down about not being able to play my game.

Can you please help me?

A. Please download and install the 1.5.0.725 update for Cities XL 2011:

1. Click http://www.focus-files.com/patchs/CXL20 ... .0.725.exe
2. Save Patch_1.5.0.723_1.5.0.725.exe application file on the hard disk.
3. Once download done, right mouse click Patch_1.5.0.723_1.5.0.725.exe application file and click Run as administrator.

B. Please download and install the protection patch for Cities XL 2011:

1. Click http://support.focus-home.fr/CXL11_ProtectionPatch.zip
2. Save CXL11_ProtectionPatch.zip file on the hard disk.
3. Open CXL11_ProtectionPatch.zip file.
4. Unpack (copy) all content into the Cities XL 2011 folder located on the hard disk*
5. Replace the existing CitiesXL_2011.exe application file.
6. Run Cities XL 2011.

*To access to the game folder located on the hard disk:

- Open Computer or This PC.
- Open Local Disk (C:).
- Open Program Files or Program Files (x86) folder.
- Open Focus Home Interactive folder then Cities XL 2011 folder.

Every time I try to trade the game crashes. Any saves I do become deleted and I end up with one city that starts at the beginning. This is a recent issue that I have been having.
