Token and Building .. Glitch?

Hello,

I'm currently in a game of just over 500,000 citizens in a city. The token panel (and sometimes my cashflow) doesn't seem to update itself correctly when adjusting the number of tokens I am trading. Quite often i have a positive cashflow according to my token trade, but not according to my actual cashflow when i accept the trading of tokens. I have also noticed at times that my cashflow doesn't reflect changes to my token trading at all. I can remove all tokens for trade, but my cashflow stays where it was when all tokens were apparently being traded.

My main issue for writing this post though, is for some reason, in my city i am unable to build any of the specialist Electricity buildings, other than Energise Inc. I do not get the option to build the Energy Lab, or the Institute, however, if i revert back to a previous checkpoint on this map, and create enough electricity tokens, the buildings appear for placement. I have had 100+ Electricity tokens and the buildings still don't appear on my current save. I'd just revert back to my old save, but it's from too far back in my city and i don't want to do that.

Also, i'm not sure if it's intentional, but placing either the Atoms Inc. or the Energise Inc. buildings prevents the construction of the other (disappears from the list).
