cities xxl crashes to desktop after 5 min gameplay

Dear Focus Team

First of all, Cities xxl looks fine and i believe there will be many updates to game to make it better.

My problem is that the game crashes after 5 min gameplay which didn't happen when i first downloaded and started playing. I have updated my video driver. I've updated steam and the game itself yet no solution. I start to play the game and out of the blue game crashes to desktop and windows says it's searching for a solution to the problem but nothing occurs. By the way, there is no modding in the game. And also, cities xl platinum is loaded in my laptop.

If there is no solution to this problem I will ask for a refund because it is simply meaningless to keep it since i cant play. :(

So frustrated right now as no one from the focus team even wrote any comments. the game still crashes. you could at least write a reply. It's been 2 weeks
